Well, I get 'invalid user name or password' when I try to login with my current email address ( russvr [at] gmail.com ) and password. The email address the form wants to send new pasword information to is my old (and inaccessable) address, russvr@pop.nwnexus.com . Your help is appreciated.

Hi,
Neither account is locked or anything, but you've got two entirely different accounts, though, with the two different email addresses. So if you're trying to log into one with the password for the other, you'd definitely get an error message.
Also, items uploaded using the old acct/email CANNOT be accessed using the new acct/email. There's no way for the computer to tell that those two accounts belong to the same person.
So, here's what I suggest.
* Log into the old account with your pop.nwnexus.com email address (you do not need to actually have access to this email address to log in to our site)
* Click the Patron Info link at the top of the page
* Use the "Change your email address" portion of the page to update the account to your new gmail address.
Once you've done that, write back to me here and let me know. I will find all of your old items and change them to match your new email address. After that, they will be accessible again.
I'm suggesting this method because having you access the old account and change it lets me know that you really are the owner of those materials.
